AWARENESS OF DIVINE TIMING

The manifestation of the success that God has purposed for you requires a healthy respect for time. Any moment of time that you don’t attach a definite purpose to will be lost. Time is so mysterious that it slips out of the fingers of a lot of people.  Attach an assignment to every moment of your life otherwise it will be lost. In the book of Joshua 13:1, the Bible says “Now Joshua was old and stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed.” This was a report sheet marked FAILURE  literally meaning your time is up and you have not done your work. To avoid this kind of report at the end of your earthly sojourn, you must attach importance to every moment you spend on earth.

There are some things that God has assigned for you to accomplish in the days of your youth. If you don’t accomplish them in youth, you may have the mental information but you will not have the physical strength to do them anymore. Psa. 110:3

The womb of the morning is the earlier part of your life when there is energy, creativity and vision because the Bible says “old men shall dream dreams; young men shall see visions”. There is a time in your life that God expects you to train, prepare, be discipled and equipped for the highest places in life. Once you move from youth to early adulthood with a carry over of indiscipline and negative habits, and you refuse to change, your adult years will be full of sorrow and regrets. But you can still correct the wrong habits, though it will be with more pain and often at a cost. 

If your timing will ever be in tandem with that of heaven, you need a good coach. The job of a coach like an examination invigilator is to give you an awareness of time. The work of a pastor is to bring his members up to speed as touching the timing of God for their lives. You need a prophetic pastor that can look at you impartially and without fear. The children of Israel under Moses’ leadership were in motion but had no progress. The simplest way to know that you are not making any progress is when you are still grappling with the same problems.

Prayer: I receive the grace to be sensitive to divine timing for the manifestation of my God given dream. I receive the personality sent by God to sensitize me to divine timing in Jesus’ name. Amen.
